All families who were registered in the Ascension Religious Education program last year or new families who requested registration forms will receive their registration packet in the mail during the week of July 22. Please be on the lookout for a large white envelope!
Deadline for Good Shepherd students: your child’s place in the Good Shepherd program from last school year will be held on the same day/time until August 15, 2018. Registrations received after that date may result in your child not being placed in Good Shepherd for the upcoming year. Students requesting transfers to another day/time will be accommodated as space allows and on a first-come, first-served basis. New students to Good Shepherd will be placed as space allows on August 18, 2018.
Registration Weekend: Religious Education board members and Diane Moriarty, Coordinator of Religious Education, will be available on August 25 and August 26 after all the Masses to answer questions and accept registration forms.
Registration Forms will be available on the website as fill-able forms as of July 22. Forms can be completed and emailed to the RE office, mailed to the RE office at 808 S. East Avenue, Oak Park 60304 or dropped off anytime day or night through the mail slot in the door. All families are encouraged to send in their registration by September 1 to avoid a $30 late fee.
