Ascension classrooms and families will once again have the opportunity to help those in need at Christmas time. Christmas Angels provide gifts, gift card and food gift cards to local families and seniors. Homeroom teachers will provide guidance for their children, and families may also take a Christmas Angel after masses on November 10 and November 11. Angel gift drop-off will be on Friday, December 7 between 4:00 and 8:00 PM in the school gym. Be an angel this Christmas!

Today's 10:00 Mass for All Saints was beautifully led by the 5th grade. In conjunction with the All Saints Day Mass grade 5 students will be organizing a collection for those less fortunate. We will be collecting hats, gloves/mittens, and scarves for Housing Forward. Please send in gently used hats, gloves/mittens, and scarves to donate.

The afternoon of Halloween is a lot of fun – another chance to hang out with our Buddies! Younger classes played Sight Word Bingo, and most classes played the traditional game, often with new twists. Home and School deserves a big thanks for organizing the playing and the prizes, and as you see, we were in Halloween colors of black and orange. See our Buddy Bingo Gallery for a look at some of the classrooms. We're back in uniform tomorrow for the All Saints Day Mass at 10:00.
